The Optimal health means “Absence of disease is not health The state of mental,
physical and social well-being of an individual is optimal health " Every human
wants good health, the World Health Organization (W.H.O) states that a man's
health depends on four main factors. They are
1. Nutritious food (Diet)
2. Exercise
3.
Sleep
4. Positive Mental Attitude
How a Building needs four pillars like that a
person needs the above four factors for optimal health. Deficiency in any of the
above four factors increases our chances of falling ill with our health.
We all
eat food, how many of us really getting nutritious food?
The word actual nutrition means
that food should nourish our body, increase the vitality we have in the food we
eat, that every food we eat has a pranic value, and those who consume food with
a higher pranic value have more vitality. Natural food has a high value than processed foods. Most stored foods and processed foods lose their vitality and turn into dead food.
The food
we eat contains macro nutrients, micro nutrients and fiber . Macro nutrients are essential for our body in
high doses and micro nutrients are in short supply for our body. They contain
high doses of macro nutrients are
1. Carbohydrates
2. Fats
3.
Proteins
micro nutrients are in short supply 1.
Vitamins 2. Minerals
The second important factor in getting Optimal
Health
2. Exercise
A short example for a proper understanding of the topic of
exercise If we do not cultivate in a fertile field, weed will grow in that
field. Water stored in one place without a steady flow can also be contaminated.
Keeping our body motionless also reduces the capacity of our organs. Surveys
show that not only do problems such as weight gain due to lack of exercise,
early childhood diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, and early onset of heart
attack, but also infertility, are becoming more and more prevalent in every
family. Many people think that it is difficult to exercise under the pretext
that I do not have time in busy life style. The World Health Organization (WHO)
states that people who exercise at least 30 minutes a day 150 minutes per a week are more likely to be more active and less prone to illness. Exercise relieves
stress, increases the basic metabolic rate, strengthens bones, and only when we
exercise does our body produce certain hormones that help keep our mood good and we make the right decisions. One last word, "If you spend a little time a day for exercise, you will no longer have to spend a lot of money
and time in the hospital in the future for health.
The third important factor in getting
optimal health is
3. Sleep
in Sleep No matter how old you are, all things, responsibilities,
problems, hardships, stress, mental anxiety are forgotten and you become a
toddler.
What actually happens when we fall asleep?
After we sleep, many
chemical reactions take place in our body, dead cells are pushed out of the body
through the skin, good bacteria (Gut microbium) grow in the gut, and our body
undergoes autophagy (the body can heal itself), Many important vital functions take place during sleep,
such as the healing of wounds in our body, the growth of Hair, the growth
of nails, the growth of spine in young children, the formation of cells and the
division of cells. That is why sleep is a great remedy for all physical and
mental problems.
But how many hours a day should I sleep?
How much calmer and
deeper sleep we get is more important than how many hours we sleep. In today's
fast-paced world, loss of restful sleep due to high levels of
occupational, familial, and social stress, as well as late night eating habits,
can become a problem. Adults need 7-8 hours of sleep. Even during the afternoon,
30 minutes of sleep after a meal is best. The time we sleep also has a huge
impact on our health. One hour of sleep until 10-12 o'clock at night is
equivalent to two hours of rest. 12-3 hours equals one hour of sleep and one
hour of rest. 3-5 hours of sleep is equivalent to half an hour of rest, and
sleep above 5 o'clock in the morning is not considered actual rest.
The problem
of struggle for sleep is called insomnia. Here are some tips to help you sleep better
1.
Bathe with lukewarm water before going to bed
2. Meditate for 15 minutes before
you go to bed
3. Keep the mobile in a room other than your bedroom or 5-10 feet
away,
4.away from things like mobiles and TV 30 minutes before bed time
5. Stop Eating at
least 2-3 hours before bedtime
6. Do not take things like tea, coffee
7.
Listening to music
8. Do not drink too much water before going to bed, as
urination can interfere with sleep
However, the nutritious food we eat and the
amount of exercise we do contribute a lot to good sleep. People who sleep well
are always happy, make great decisions in all things, and enjoy every moment of
life.
The fourth major factor in maintaining good health is a
4. positive mental
attitude.
How many moments of the day are we happy? If someone talks to us
for ten minutes do we discuss problems with them or discuss things
positively? A Positive Attitude that keeps us healthy by working in harmony with
each of the 3 important points we have talked about so far. Every moment when we
take nutritious food, exercise, and finally when we are asleep our thought
attitude has an impact on our health. We see people dying of a heart attack when
they hear a bitter news in many movies, even those we know. In a small example,
a man goes to a doctor and tells that whenever I feel lethargic, I suspect I
have heart disease, then the doctor asks him to have some blood tests, and that
blood test report does not show that he has any health problem. His health
problem was on his mind. Another example is a man sitting on a plane and the
person sitting next to him hears a tick tick Sound and says there is something wrong
with the plane. then the person responded to him, no this is not problem with plane this with my new heart which is recently fitted one month ago by 6 hour operation, you hear the sound of that new
heart making noise tick tick like that. These two examples show that we can understand a positive
attitude, that there are no people who do not have problems but that the way we
look at the problem determines our happiness. Looking in a magnifying glass at
any small problem, always thinking about the problems, hearing about the
problems, reading and seeing without knowing it can have a huge impact on our
thinking perspective. In order to adopt a positive attitude, we need to have a
positive attitude towards ourselves, keep our environment good, have good
relationships with those who have a positive attitude towards life, and make
sure that they are the ones who have already solved these problems before we
discuss them with anyone.
